Mani has been engaged in the practice of law for the oil and gas industry since 1990, offering clients his extensive experience in oil and gas transactions and oil and gas exploration and development projects.  Mr. Mani’s career in the oil and gas industry began in 1980 as a Petroleum Geologist, later as a Petroleum Landman, before becoming an Oil and Gas Attorney in 1990 working with horizontal drilling in the Austin Chalk trend.  His legal, land and geological experience in all geologic basins in Texas and those in many of its surrounding states, coupled with his extensive work in the Austin Chalk, Barnett Shale, Eagle Ford, Sprayberry, Wolfcamp, Bone Springs, Marcellus, Woodbine and Permian Basin trends from inception provides him with special insight into the many needs of our clients.
